Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excitor which can increase a magnetic flux (B) by reducing magnetic resistance and iron loss of itself divided into a yoke part and a teeth part, and provide a rotating machine using it. SOLUTION: This excitor generates a shifting field by applying a current. This has the yoke part and the teeth part being made by spiral processing. The rotating machine uses this excitor.
