Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which efficiently supports patroller's patrol inspection work and efficiently manages information about patrol inspection work. SOLUTION: A patrol inspection work support system constituted by utilizing a server for management for managing information relating to patrol inspection work of power-transmission lines and a terminal for site which the patroller can use in a patrol site, comprises a management-side control means 50, a management-side storage means 53, a site-side control means 55, a site-side storage means 57, a site-side input means 56, a site-side output means 58, and a transmission/reception means 52 consisting of a normal communication means 52a and an emergency communication means 52b. The site-side control means 55 has functions of; generating a patrol route on the basis of positional information inputted by the site-side input means 56; storing the patrol route in the site-side storage means 57; and transmitting the patrol route to the management-side control means 50 through the transmission/reception means 52.
