Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable laser spectrometric device at low cost. SOLUTION: The laser spectrometric device for sweeping wavelength by use of a wavelength variable laser to perform spectrometric analysis comprises a wavelength reference etalon; a wavelength reference photodiode; an etalon signal pattern storage device preliminarily storing patterns of etalon signal; an etalon signal pattern comparator comparing an etalon signal pattern transmitted by the etalon and detected by the photodiode with signal patterns stored in the etalon pattern storage device; and a laser wavelength sweeping control device sweeping the wavelength of the wavelength variable laser. A part of the laser beam emitted from the wavelength variable laser is branched and transmitted by the reference etalon, the etalon signal obtained by receiving the transmitted light by the reference photodiode is compared with the signal patterns stored in the pattern storage device by the comparator, and the laser wavelength sweeping range is controlled based on this result.
