Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a length adjustable clasp maintaining good appearance for a long time, not injuring user's fingers, firmly holding bands, and easily operated. SOLUTION: The clasp includes an insertion frame 22 inserting one band 29 therethrough, an engagement member 23 for engaging one band with the insertion frame, a folded portion connected between the insertion frame 22 and the other band 35, and a locking means for holding the folded portion in a folded state. The engagement member 23 disposed on the inside of the insertion frame 22 is positioned under one band 29 to be abutted on and engaged with the lower surface of the one band 29.
