PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system including a master unit and a plurality of slave units and a communication control method in which the management and monitoring of a logical link established between the master unit and the slave units are facilitated. SOLUTION: In the communication control system which includes the master unit and a plurality of the slave units, controls the transmission of the slave unit by timing control by a slave unit transmission control part 9 of the master unit, and manages and monitors the logical link between the master unit and the slave units. In the communication control method, the master includes: a time stamp generating part 5 for generating a time stamp attached to a packet transmitted to the slave unit; a logical link connection control part 4 having a function for the connection control and the transmission delay measurement of the logical link; and a slave unit identification information managing part 10 having a slave unit identification information database. The slave unit identification information database is configured to make slave unit identification information such as the value of a transmission delay time that can specify a slave unit correspond to logical link identification allocated to the slave unit and store them.
