Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an indicator lamp by which its position can be sufficiently confirmed by emitting the whole display lamp though the light is not sufficiently bright and which can be used even at comparatively low voltage and can be applied to a handrail or a fence. SOLUTION: The indicator lamp 10 is provided with a transparent or translucent hollow cylindrical pipe 11, a base 12 to be inserted into the hollow cylindrical pipe 11, a connection part 15 for supplying power and sending a control signal to the base 12, and LED elements 14 mounted on the base 12.
