PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine formed so as to be easily manufactured and a method of easily manufacturing the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine with less steps. SOLUTION: Lash adjuster holes linA and linB and lexA and 1exB are formed on the intake side in and the exhaust side ex in correspondence with valve guide holes 2inA and 2inB and 2exA and 2exB. Air bleeding holes 3inA and 3inB and 3exA and 3exB are formed in the lash adjuster holes 1inA and 1inB and 1exA and 1exB. The air bleeding holes 3inA and 3inB on the intake side and the lash adjuster holes 1exA and 1exB on the exhaust side are formed at a same angle parallel with each other, and the air bleeding holes 3exA and 3exB on the exhaust side and the lash adjuster holes 1inA and 1inB on the intake side are formed at a same angle parallel with each other.
