Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid pavement supplying power to an attached facility and preventing heat absorption of a road surface and freezing of the road surface utilizing ground environment and an underground fixed structure. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module 40 comprising a thermoelectric conversion element part 41, a heat side fin 42, a cold side base 43, a cold conduction rod 44 and a cold side fin 45 is provided in a subbase course 21 and a base course 22 forming a layer part between a road bed 10 and the road surface 30.
