Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film using non-lead glass powder capable of effective formation of a dielectric layer with excellent surface smoothness and transferability (thermal adhesion to the base plate) and flexibility in film forming material layer and elasticity, and favorable manageability (handling ability) without causing a flexing crack (crack) on the surface and can be easily taken up in a roll. SOLUTION: The transfer film is prepared from the glass powder-containing resin composition containing 100 pts.wt. of glass powder composed of [A] a lead-free inorganic material and 30-70 pts.wt. of [B] a binding resin.
