Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid for relieving a load on the knees and preventing a stumble during walking. SOLUTION: In this walking aid, a ring through which a waist belt passed, a tape with a scale, and a tape buckle with a support shaft which the tape is wound around and the tape is fixed to are set. The support shaft is set to the scale on the tape to make the tape optionally adjustable in length and retainable by prescribed strength by the tape buckle. Strong/weak of the tape can be optionally adjusted by elasticity of rubber connected with the tape. A user can walk passing a foot through the foot ring connected with the tape.
