Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a flat display panel integrated with a back light is fitted to a chassis frame and a front cabinet, which is suitable as a wall-mounted type, and whose assembly is easy. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with: the flat display panel 17 which has a video display part in a front face and in which a plurality of lugs 18 are arranged at the outer periphery of sides; a plurality of metal fittings 15 which are fitted to the inner face of the front cabinet 11 and are arranged in positions facing a plurality of lugs; and the chassis frame 19 which is fitted to the back of the flat display panel and in which fixed pieces 22 are disposed in positions facing a plurality of lugs. The fixing pieces 22 of the chassis frame and the lugs 18 of the flat display panel are fixed by screws 23 and the chassis frame and the flat display panel are integrated.
