Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image heating apparatus preventing a recording material from soiling caused by the off-set of toner in the image heating apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a cleaning mode of removing the toner from a heating member 24 for heating a fixing roller 20 by a heater 26.
