Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which is not influenced by oxygen or moisture and capable of stably forming a cured film in various environments, and an inkjet recording method. SOLUTION: The inkjet ink contains less than 1 mass% of a thiol compound having a molecular weight of less than 150 and contains a thiol compound bearing at least two thiol groups in the molecule. Otherwise, the inkjet ink contains less than 1 mass% of a thiol compound having a boiling point at 2,000 Pa of lower than 150°C and contains a thiol compound bearing at least two thiol groups in the molecule.
