Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the height of a handle protruding from a mounting plate to a front side always uniform and improve the workability of a mixing faucet in spite of the different thickness of the mounting plates at each site when mounting the embedded mixing faucet on the mounting plate. SOLUTION: A hot water supply pipe 16 and a water supply pipe 17 are connected at the back side of the mounting plate 2 to each other. A cylindrical part 6 protruding to the front side of the mounting plate 2 is formed at a mixing member 5 which houses a mixing valve 11 for mixing hot water with water. The embedded mixing faucet 4 is mounted with a temperature adjusting handle 32 for adjusting the mixing ratio of hot water and water which are supplied to the cylindrical part 6. A flange 8 with a diameter larger than that of a mounting hole 3 formed in the mounting plate 2 is formed in the mixing member 5. A spacer 33 comprising a cylindrical part 34 which is longer than the thickness of the mounting plate 2 and a thin plate shaped flange 35 is fixed to the front side of the mounting plate 2. The cylindrical part 6 of the mixing member 5 is inserted from the back side of the mounting plate 2 toward the spacer 33 and protruded at the front side of the mounting plate 2. The flange 6 of the mixing member 5 is brought in contact with the top of the cylindrical part 34 of the spacer 33 and a fixing nut 39 is screwed to the cylindrical part 6 from the front side of the mounting plate 2.
