Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control rod operation sequence generation device, capable of reducing the load on the operator, and acquiring a highly-accuracy control rod operation sequence. SOLUTION: The control rod operation sequence, edited and generated by an input/output device 1 having a man/machine interface function, is preserved in a generated data storage part 12, and a preservation processing means 61 preserves it as control rod operation sequence data in a data storage device 13, when control rod value regulation conditions are satisfied. A control rod group display means 11 displays a control rod operating procedure 3a and a control rod group 3b simultaneously in the input/output device 1, when the control rod operation sequence is edited.
