Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice machine enabling an improvement in ice making and deicing efficiencies by effectively utilizing the vertical rib of a ice making plate. SOLUTION: This ice making machine comprises the metal ice making plate 1 having an ice making recessed part 18 for generating ice particles 14 between adjacent slender projected parts 17 on the ice making surface 1a side and a cooling pipe 2 disposed on the rear surface of the ice making surface 1a in a direction crossing the slender projected parts 17. The cooling pipe 2 is fixed to the rear surface portion 18b of the ice making recessed part 18. A metal ribbon 30 with a heat conductivity higher than that of the ice making plate 1 is disposed on the rear surface of the ice making plate 1 along the mounting line of the cooling pipe 2.
