Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flocked surface having variable design to be provided. SOLUTION: When the surface of a base fabric 1 is coated with an adhesive and a flocked layer 5 is formed on the the surface of the base fabric 1 by electrostatic flocking through an adhesive coating layer 2, in a state of activating the adhesive, the flocked layer 5 is collided with a small lump 4 to push a pile 3 forming the flocked layer 5 down thereby forming a large number of flock fallen parts 6 adhered with the small lump 4 on the flocked layer 5, then the adhesive is solidified, thus a flocked product is provided with the variable design.
