PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional speaker which eliminates an adverse influence caused by an electromagnetic wave from the outside by shielding the electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: In a multifunctional speaker 1, a magnetic circuit section (movable portion) 16 comprised of a pole piece 13, a magnet 14 and a top plate 15 is elastically supported by a support spring A12 and a support spring B22 each of which is buried in a frame 11 while linking its annular outer edge and its annular inner edge through a plurality of arcuate arms. A diaphragm 23 is fitted on the step of the frame 11. A coil 24 is positioned within a magnetic gap 16a which is a gap between a center pole 13a and the top plate 15. A cylindrical portion 11a of the frame 11 is covered with a protector A17 and a protector B18 through spacers 31, 32. A projection 22a of the support spring B22 is in contact with inner walls of the protector A17. A connecting portion 17b of the protector A17 extends on a GND terminal 21 and is soldered therewith.
