Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay system capable of avoiding deterioration in transmission quality when a received signal with a same frequency band is relayed in a mobile communication environment. SOLUTION: The radio relay system relays and transmits a radio signal from a first radio station to a second radio station using a radio relay device. The radio relay device comprises a phase correction volume determination means for determining the phase correction volume of a relayed signal based on channel information about a transmission path intervening among the first radio station, the second radio station, and the radio relay device; and a phase correction means for correcting a phase of the relayed signal, based on the phase correction volume determined by the phase correction volume determination means.
