SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises heated object supporting parts 6a, 6b on which a heated object is loaded, a heated object supporting part rising/falling means E for rising and falling the heated object supporting parts 6a, 6b between a heated position where the heated object is heated by the heating means 1a, 1b and a heated object retracting position at an upper part with respect to the heating position, and a control means H for controlling the rising and falling motion of the heated object supporting part rising/falling means E. The control means H operates the heated object supporting part rising/falling means E to move the heated object supporting parts 6a, 6b to the heated object retracting position in accordance with a separation command to separate the heated object form the heating means 1a, 1b.
