Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rise or temperature lowering in electronic equipment regardless of the operation state of an air-conditioner or the state of outside air temperature. SOLUTION: An air flow intake switching means 4 is provided, which switches intake of air-conditioning air flow from the air-conditioner 3 and intake of outside air flow, and carries out air-conditioning air flow or outside air flow to on-vehicle equipment 1. A controlling portion 11 controls the air flow intake switching means 4 to take in either one of the air-conditioning air flow or the outside air flow on the basis of information such as peripheral temperature of the on-vehicle equipment 1 detected by an equipment temperature detecting sensor 2, an air flow start lower limit temperature A and an air flow start upper limit temperature B set in the controlling portion 11 in advance, and the operation state of the air-conditioner.
