SOLUTION: This node device (1) performing a relay of a packet in the network has: an input/output port group (6) including a first input/output port connected with the user terminal, and a second input/output port connected with a device communicable with the user terminal; a relay means (10) relaying a series of packets inputted to one of the input/output port groups; and a virus detection means (12) monitoring the packet, and detecting a computer virus inside communication data reconstructed from the packet.
