Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire exchanger capable of easily and safely performing tire exchanging. SOLUTION: The tire exchanger comprises a pair of base plates disposed mutually separately, a pair of tire mounting sections stretching from each of facing side surface sections of the base plates to support the tire from the downside, a rack having a downward tooth movable back and forth on the upper surfaces of the base plates, a rack operating means, and a first caster section. When the rack is moved back and forth, a lift control pinion meshing with the rack rotates, thereby turning a main lifting arm and a lifted arm of the first caster section to lift the base plates.
