SOLUTION: When a front part 1A of a front side member 1 is subjected to an upward rotational moment Mf with a connection part of the front part to an extension part 1B as a base point, a vehicle width direction rib wall 14 of an outrigger part 12C of a lower member 12 is brought into contact with an upper side longitudinal rib wall 15 of the upper member 11, the input load is distributed and transmitted to the extension part 1B and the outrigger part 1C so as to be distributed and sustained by other vehicle body skeleton members.
