Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device which facilitates the grasping of data by a user by printing an index, when printing data sent from a portable terminal are printed using the printing device, and a printing control system and a printing program. SOLUTION: In this printing control system, index setting data storing an index format for each of native applications are created using an index setting program 71 planted in a cellular telephone 16 (S96). At the same time, printing data and the index setting data are sent as infrared data of an IrMC standard to a portable midget printing device 1 (S104). The portable midget printing device 1 creates index data based on the sent index setting data (S82), and performs the printing in such a state that the index setting data are added to the printing data (S88).
