Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate print irregularities and improve working efficiency in screen printing. SOLUTION: Ink is made to drop on a screen plate at a constant time interval from an ink supply nozzle 11 with circular nozzle holes 13 axially formed on a hollow pipe 12 at a constant interval. The nozzle hole 13 is made to be 0.3 mm to 2 mm in diameter and 5 mm to 30 mm at the nozzle interval, which allows the ink on the plate to be uniformly extended in one long lump in the squeegee longitudinal direction with a doctor knife and a squeegee. Furthermore, the ink is made to drop more than once at every ten minutes, preferably more than once at every five minutes, enabling the ink on the plate and the ink newly supplied to be mixed with each other before the difference between their physical characteristics is generated. Thereby, the print irregularities is eliminated since no mixing irregularities are generated, allowing continuous operation for a long time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
