Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal apparatus system having a radio identification function and its method, by which a user can anytime and readily obtain necessary information. SOLUTION: The information to an article is received, by using a radio wave diverged from the article built-in by a radio identifying chip, the mobile terminal apparatus requests the information kept by the chip by means of the article built-in by the radio identifying chip, and it receives the information of the article from the article. When information other than the received information is further required, the mobile terminal apparatus requests the necessary information to a server, to keep the information to the article by utilizing the received information.
