Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the condition in which liquid refrigerant is stored in an accumulator and separated from refrigerant oil into two layers. SOLUTION: The refrigerating device 1 comprises a compressor 14, a heat exchanger 16 on a heat source side, a heat exchanger 26 on a service side, an accumulator 24 for gas-liquid separation of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor 14, and a control device 13 for throttling a throttle valve 30 into a set opening when the temperature of gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor 14 is below a target discharged gas temperature (Tdo1) over a set time. The control device 13 sets the temperature thereof as a target discharge gas temperature (Tdo2) by adding an outside air temperature corrected value (ΔTdo) corresponding to an outside air temperature to the target discharged gas temperature (Tdo1) when the outside air temperature is in a predetermined range.
