PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tackle-housing tool mounted on the upper surface of side of a boat, having an excellent operability, portability and safety. SOLUTION: This fishing tackle-housing tool-mounting device is provided by joining a nipping part 3F of a cramp with one end of the bottom surface of the housing tool 1A facing to the inside at side of the boat, and as opposing to the outside at the side of the boat and in the lower direction of the bottom surface 1A, variably and capable of inversely standing for enabling that the housing tool can freely be mounted at the side of the boat 9 having different widths and heights and also the fishing tackle is housed to the lower part of the housing tool by overturning the cramp. By installing a recessed part 4A surrounding the joining and turning over part 4B of the cramp for compensating the height difference at the lower part of the bottom surface 1A, an unsteadiness is solved. Further, by installing a projecting part 5A projecting from the recessed part 4A at the both ends facing to the inside at side of the boat, at the bottom surface 1A so as to fit by compression with a surface 11 facing to the inside at side of the boat on mounting the housing tool on the side of the boat, the rotation of the tool by centering around the nipping part 3F of the cramp as an axis is prevented.
