Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration air quantity controller for a sewage treatment plant capable of reducing an operation cost relating to aeration and suppressing the initial cost and the maintenance and control cost low in a sewage treatment plant having a plural number of lines of advanced treatment process. SOLUTION: The aeration air quantity controller for the sewage treatment plant is provided with a first target value setting means 41 which sets the ammonia-nitrogen concentration target value of treated water, second target value setting means 132, 232 which, based on dissolved oxygen concentration measurement by means of dissolved oxygen concentration meters of aerobic vessels of lines in which ammonia meters are disposed, respectively set the dissolved oxygen concentration target values of the aerobic vessels of the other lines in which the ammonia meters are not disposed and controllers 40, 130, 230 which calculate the aeration air quantity target value allowing the ammonia nitrogen concentration measurement of aeration devices in the aerobic vessels in which the ammonia meters are disposed to approach the ammonia nitrogen concentration target value and calculate the aeration air quantity target value allowing each dissolved oxygen concentration measurement of aeration devices in the aerobic vessels in which the ammonia meters are not disposed to approach the dissolved oxygen concentration target value.
