Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external spray composition for mucosa, a nasal drop and a preparation for oral cavity/throat diseases, each yielding good spreading adherability in a relatively low viscosity and excellent in pharmacological activity sustainability, feeling in use and irritation-mitigating effect. SOLUTION: The external spray composition for mucosa comprises (A) 0.05-2 w/v% of glycyrrhizinic acid and/or its salt, (B) 0.05-10 w/v% of a cellulose derivative, (C) 0.5-10 w/v% of a polyhydric alcohol and (D) 0.005-2 w/v% of a terpenoid compound.
