Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-microbial skin cleanser composition which is low irritative against the skins (including the hair) and hardly causes the roughness and tenseness of hands, even when the hands were repeatedly washed in a short time. SOLUTION: This anti-microbial skin cleanser composition is characterized by comprising (A) a higher fatty acid salt, (B) an anti-microbial agent, and (C) an amidocarboxylic acid represented by formula (I) and/or its salt, wherein the mixing weight ratio of (A)/(C) is 40/1 to 2/1.
