Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of receiving television broadcast at a place where a user has gone, informing an another person of the contents of recommendable broadcast, and enabling a user to view broadcast informed by another person if the other person gives information. SOLUTION: The device selects the contents of broadcast received at a television receiver 1 and is provided with a bookmark providing means, a radio transmitter/receiver 2 for transmitting a provided bookmark to an another apparatus, and receiving a bookmark transmitted from the other apparatus;and a control unit 11 enabling the receiver 1 to receive the contents of broadcast corresponding to a bookmark on the bookmark when the bookmark is received by the transmitter/receiver 2 from the other apparatus. When the contents of arbitrary broadcast such as the contents of a recommendable broadcast is received during television broadcast is being received by the receiver 1, a bookmark is added to the contents, and the bookmark is transmitted to another apparatus possessed by a friend.
