Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument with a comment input function capable of recording an optional comment with simple operation. SOLUTION: This measuring instrument is provided with a voice input part 27 in order to input the optional comment when a measurer carries out measurement, and constituted to recognize the measurer's comment inputted by the voice input part 27, by a voice recognition part 28 and to store the recognized result in a comment storage part 43 in relation to information on the time and date 34.
