Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument which suppresses the adhesion of thrombus and the elusion of a plasticizer added to a base material to be treated, and has a reduced production cost since a foreign matter such as dust does not adhere to the instrument, and to provide a production method therefor, and a production method for a coating agent composed of the composition of a polymeric material and a carbon nanotube. SOLUTION: The medical instrument is obtained by applying the polymeric material including the carbon nanotube (A) or sticking a thin film made of the polymeric material including the carbon nanotube (B), onto the inner and/or front face of the base material to be treated.
