Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device, loaded with a portable record medium, such as a memory card capable of taking a photograph at any time, when the user desires to take a photograph. SOLUTION: A partition of a plurality of stages in the shape of a rail is provided at an inner wall side surface of a medium loaded chamber 12. An electrical contact 131 for accessing to memory cards 113 is arranged at the lowermost surface, and image data are recorded in the memory cards 113, located at the lowermost stage. In addition, a sensor 132 for detecting the number of loaded memory cards 113 is arranged at the end portion of the medium loaded chamber 13.
