Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user interface for the use of a ticket. SOLUTION: The method for issuing tickets includes a step of receiving a request for issuing an electronic ticket via a radio base station 30 and a network 20 from a mobile terminal 40, which the user possesses; and a step of notifying information on the ticket as electronic ticket, via the network 20 and the radio base station 30, to the mobile terminal 40, in response to a request from the mobile terminal 40. The information on the ticket is read by an apparatus for verifying the tickets 501(IC tag reader 61) at use of the ticket, after the information on the ticket has been written on an IC tag 48 provided on the mobile terminal 40.
