Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional electromagnetic wave absorption sheet that the sheet, if folded, is peeled off at interfaces between a soft magnetic layer and a base member, and between the soft magnetic layer and a fire retardant layer. SOLUTION: There are provided as an electromagnetic wave absorption sheet a sheet-shaped base material 1 and a soft magnetic layer 5 stacked on one surface of the base material 1. An internal fire retardant layer 3 and a surface fire retardant layer 6 are stacked in such a manner that they are stacked on both surfaces of the soft magnetic layer 5 to hold the soft magnetic layer 5. The soft magnetic layer 5 is formed from a composition containing soft magnetic metal powder and an organic binder, and the internal fire retardant layer 3 and the surface fire retardant layer 6 are formed from a composition containing a fire retardant agent and an organic binder. An adhesive layer 2, 4 is stacked between the base material 1 and the internal fire retardant layer 3, and between the internal fire retardant layer 3 and the soft magnetic layer 5.
