Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye sensitized solar cell with high stability at high temperature, using a gelled electrolyte gelling even under an oxidation-reduction pair such as iodine and an iodine compound, and having excellent heat resistance suppressing the dissolution of the gel even at high temperature. SOLUTION: The dye sensitized solar cell is constituted with the gelled electrolyte using as a host polymer a polymer having structure crosslinked by chemical reaction of an oxetane group or a cycloaliphatic epoxy group of a polymer represented by the general formula (1), (R1and R3represent each hydrogen or a 1-3C alkyl group; R2represents a 1-6C alkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, or an alkylene oxide group; R4represents a 1-6C alkyl group having the oxetane group or the cycloaliphatic epoxy group; and each of n and m is an integer of 100-1000.).
