Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent uncomfortable noise inside a living room generated when fixing a water heating appliance onto an ALC wall, and to improve appearance of an installation state. SOLUTION: The ALC wall W and an elastic bush 30 are pinched and installed by a front side metal plate 11 and a rear side metal plate 12. The front side metal plate 11 has a bracket insertion space between it and an ALC wall W face, and allows hanging of a bracket part 40 downward provided in the rear face of a device body, from above. Thereby, the bracket 40 does not protrude from the front face of the device to allow improvement of the appearance. Because the elastic bush 30 is pinched between the front side metal plate 11 and the ALC wall W, vibration of the device is absorbed in the elastic bush 30 not to propagate to the ALC wall W, so that the noise is not caused inside the living room.
