Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid runout of hot water and improve bath reheating performance. SOLUTION: This heater comprises a heat pump circuit 1 heating supply water via a first heat exchanger 15, a water supply pipe communicating a water supply source 40 and the water supply port of the first heat exchanger 15, a hot water supply pipe communicating the hot water outlet of the first heat exchanger 15 and a hot water supply port 53, a heating circuit introducing hot water heated by the first heat exchanger 15 into a second heat exchanger 75 by a pump by bypassing the water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe via the second heat exchanger 75, a reheating circuit for heating bathtub water drawn out of a bathtub 65 by the second heat exchanger 75 and returning the bathtub water into the bathtub 65, a first flow rate regulating valve 85 regulating hot water quantity introduced into the second heat exchanger 75 with the hot water pipe bypassed, and a second flow rate regulating valve 41 regulating hot water quantity introduced into the hot water supply port 53 without bypassing the hot water supply pipe. Thereby, bath reheating and direct hot water supply can be performed coincidently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
