Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treating device capable of realizing miniaturization, space-saving and cost reduction, and an image processor having the same. SOLUTION: The configuration of the sheet treating device and the image processor comprises a treatment tray 223 with sheets stacked thereon, a sheet bundle transport path in which the sheet bundle stacked in the treatment tray 223 is transported, a rear end stopper 228 to transport the sheet bundle stacked on the treatment tray 223 to the sheet bundle transport path, and sheet bundle folding means 231 and 232 to fold the sheet bundle under transport on the sheet bundle transport path. The sheet bundle folding means 231 and 232 are provided on the sheet bundle transport path, and at least a part of the sheet bundle transport path with the sheet bundle folding means located therein is formed in a curved shape.
