Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head and an assembly set of a golf club in which the head is surely prevented from falling out of a shaft and the attachment of the shaft and angle adjustment are facilitated. SOLUTION: The golf club head 10 is provided with a hosel hole 12 passing through from an upper part 10A to a bottom part 10B. The hosel hole 12 is in a tapered shape to be larger in a diameter from the upper part 10A to the bottom part 10B. Also, the golf club head 10 is provided with a roughly cylindrical shaft attaching member 14 where a shaft insertion hole 14C having the outer shape almost the same as the hosel hole 12 and inclined to a sole surface 10C at a prescribed angle (α) is formed.
