Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sound-proof sidewall of a current collector of a vehicle which can deal with further speed acceleration with a light weight without impairing a sound insulation property at a low cost. SOLUTION: The sound-proof sidewalls of the current collector stand at both sides of the current collector installed on the roof 1a of the vehicle 1, have a shape standing in a wing shape from the roof 1a, and surface plates 11, 12 arranged on the front and rear surfaces coupled through the honeycomb core 13 interposed between the surfaces plates 12 and 13. Furthermore, inner and outer plate materials and the honeycomb core material are composed of a light weight structure material including an aluminum or a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic.
