SOLUTION: This greening material comprises the following: the biodegradable resin emulsion obtained by seed polymerization of vinyl acetate in the presence of a biodegradable resin emulsion, or the biodegradable resin emulsion obtained by emulsifying a material obtained by dissolving a biodegradable resin in vinyl acetate and subjecting the material to emulsion polymerization while dropping the material in a water solution containing an emulsifier; or powder of the emulsion.
