PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a move management support system capable of managing whether a user's address matches the present address of the user. SOLUTION: Customer information and customer identification information are printed to create and send transfer-unneeded mail and when the mail is sent back, the customer identification information printed on the mail is read to generate and send transfer-needed mail to the customer to the sent-back mail; when the mail is sent back, the customer identification information printed on the mail is read, thereby setting an incorrect-address status to the customer information of the customer identification information read out of the transfer-needed mail, a move status to the customer information of the customer identification information read out of only the transfer-unneeded mail, and a normal status to the customer information which is read out of both the transfer-needed mail and transfer-unneeded mail.
