PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling lever device to steer a working machine such as a machine for agricultural works and a machine for construction/civil engineering works which is entirely miniaturized, and capable of safely ensuring the parking brake applied state and the parking brake released state, and has excellent operability. SOLUTION: The traveling lever device which is manually operated in the back-and-forth turning direction comprises a lever supporting means (20) which turnably supports a traveling lever (12) in the back-and-forth turning direction and turnably supports the traveling lever to the neutral direction different from the back-and-forth turning direction, urging force providing means (30 and 31) to urge the traveling lever (12) toward the neutral direction, and a parking brake operating means (50) to operate a parking brake by turning the traveling lever (12) to the neutral position in the neutral direction of the traveling lever.
