Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack allowing a built-in control circuit board to be surely positioned, without using a complicated structure which leads to cost increase. SOLUTION: The control circuit board 40 is fixed to an upper case 10 by four board fixing claws 13 formed on the upper case 10 to be positioned, with respect to the case 10. Five LEDs 42 and one switch 41 are attached to the circuit board 40 as shown, and when a user presses a pressing part 11 of the upper case 10, it is elastically recessed toward the inside of the case 10 to press a movable part 41a of the switch 41. When the circuit board 40 is mounted, the fixing claws 13 are inserted between the adjacent LEDs 42, and interference of light between the adjacent LEDs 42 is prevented from occurring, at emitting of the light from the LEDs 42.
