PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic damage prevention member and an electrostatic damage prevention structure capable of preventing electrostatic discharge damage by the small number of components. SOLUTION: A first elastic part 32, a second elastic part 34, and a third elastic part 36 are constituted of a conductive wire wound up in a cylindrical shape, and made elastically deformable in a cylindrical axis direction. The first elastic part 32 and the second elastic part 34 are connected by a first connecting part 38. The first connecting part 38 is constituted of an extended part of the conductive wire constituting the first elastic part 32 and the second elastic part 34. Furthermore, the second elastic part 34 and the third elastic part 36 are connected by a second connecting part 40. The second connecting part 40 is constituted of an extended part of the conductive wire constituting the second elastic part 34 and the third elastic part 36. That is, the first elastic part 32, the second connecting part 38, the second elastic part 34, the second connecting part 40, and the third elastic part 36 are integrally constituted by the one conductive wire.
