Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save cost for a sealing mechanism while ensuring sealing performance. SOLUTION: A foot opening portion 27 of a side surface wall portion 11b in a case 11 is made generally sectorial in opening shape. Seal surfaces S1, S2 are formed on a peripheral edge of the generally sectorial opening shape, and a generally sector resinous door base plate 28a moving on the foot opening portion 27, and lip-shaped seal materials 31, 32 provided on an outer peripheral portion of the door base plate 28a are equipped on a foot door 28. The lip-shaped seal materials 31, 32 are integrally molded with the resinous door base plate 28a by a thermoplastic elastomer.
